“IF YOU DO WHAT OTHERS DO, YOU ARE AVERAGE.”

And this is perfectly fine if average is what we want. Understand there may be areas in life where average is OK. These may be areas that are just not that important; they’re not priorities. It may be wise to intentionally think about which ones are which evaluating the current effort for each.
So, when it comes to areas that are very important to us, is average really OK? Average is easy. To be more than average, we must do things others are not willing to do. Learn more, invest time, sacrifice, practice, reflect, work and accept honest feedback. It takes work, effort, energy and time. Days, months, even years. So do what others do and get similar results. Or do things differently – that are right for you – and get different results.
Is it time to take a closer look at where our effort is average and where it may demand a higher level?
